Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

2. Eligibility

The Cowboy Kenny Coffee Monthly Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is conducted on a recurring monthly basis until terminated by Sponsor.

Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the first (1st) day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of that month (the “Entry Period”).

Entries received outside of the applicable Entry Period will be entered into the next active monthly Entry Period unless otherwise stated.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

4. How to Enter

A. Social Media Entry:
To enter during an active Entry Period:
1. Follow @CowboyKennyCoffee
2. Like the designated monthly giveaway post
3. Comment on the giveaway post

Limit one (1) primary entry per person per Entry Period.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without participating via social media, send an email to promo@cowboykennycoffee.com with subject line “Monthly Giveaway Entry” including your full legal name, email address, and state of residence.

AMOE entries must be received before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the applicable Entry Period.

All eligible entries, whether submitted via social media or email, will have equal odds of winning.

5. Prize Description & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Each month, prizes may include bags of Cowboy Kenny Coffee, branded merchandise (e.g., mugs or apparel), promotional discount offers, and free shipping on one (1) single future order.

Free shipping applies to one (1) individual order only and does not apply to multiple orders, subscriptions, or lifetime shipping.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of total prizes awarded per Entry Period will vary but is estimated not to exceed $300 per month.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Winner selection will occur within ten (10) to fifteen (15) days following the close of each monthly Entry Period.

Random selection may be conducted using AI-assisted tools, automated software, or other randomized selection methods.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Notification & Claim

Winners will be notified via direct message through the social media platform used to enter or via email (for AMOE entries).

Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within that time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to privacy settings, spam filters, or incorrect contact information.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, represent that they meet eligibility requirements, and release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, bulk, or bot-generated entries and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, incomplete or misdirected entries, or unauthorized human intervention.

Entries generated by automated means may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s posted Privacy Policy.

12. Winner List

To request the name of monthly winners, send an email to promo@cowboykennycoffee.com with subject line “Winner List Request” within thirty (30) days following the close of the applicable Entry Period.
