Return Policy
At Cowboy Kenny Coffee LLC (CKC), we stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return policy works:
1. Return eligibility

As coffee is an ingestible product, we do not offer exchanges.

Instead, if you are unhappy with a coffee product (whether pods, bags, or other packaging) purchased from CKC, you may request a replacement.

To be eligible for replacement, you must return the original container (pod(s), bag(s), etc.). Empty bags or containers will not be accepted.

The return must be made within 25 days of receipt of the product.
2. How to return

We will provide instructions and an address to ship the original container back to us.

Upon receipt of the returned container (and confirmation the item and packaging meet criteria), we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
3. Sourcing & Facility Information

CKC sources its coffee beans from Luxe Coffee, LLC in Norwalk, Connecticut.

Luxe Coffee, LLC operates in compliance with local regulations; for example, the Norwalk Health Department inspects and licenses food-related establishments within the city.

While we aim for the highest standards, please note: coffee is roasted, packaged and shipped — we cannot guarantee elimination of all allergens or cross-contact. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for personal allergen sensitivities.
4. Replacement shipment

Once your return container is received and accepted, your replacement will be processed promptly.

You will be notified when the replacement ships.

No shipping cost will be charged for the replacement.
5. Exceptions & Limitations

Returns will not be accepted beyond 25 days after receipt.

Empty packaging alone does not qualify for return.

The policy applies only to coffee products purchased directly through CKC (or authorized CKC channels). Products purchased elsewhere must follow that vendor’s policy.

This policy does not cover damage incurred after receipt (e.g., mishandled by the customer). If you believe the product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
